Q: What advice would you give to a new Flybuys member who wants to follow in your footsteps?
A: Definitely download the app. That’s number one. It’s the easiest way to monitor how many points you’ve got in the first place. And always check the offers. They’re coming through all the time, so it’s good to keep an eye on that. When you do your shopping list, make sure you check and activate the offers you need to get your bonus points. Easy.
Q: What’s the best thing you’ve redeemed your not-so-hard-earned points for?
A: I saved up all my points and used them to buy a brand-new iPhone. That’s now five iPhones that I’ve paid for with my points. I think that’s pretty amazing.
