  1. Sign in to your Flybuys account
  2. Select ‘Redeem points’ from the main menu.  
  3. Select ‘Flybuys Dollars’ then 'Redeem now' 
  4. Select how many points you want to convert to Flybuys Dollars and hit ‘Redeem’ 
  5. Set your 4-digit PIN 
  6. Select ‘Redeem Flybuys Dollars’ and the Flybuys Dollars will be loaded onto your Flybuys card. To spend them in-store, select card payment or mixed payment if your Flybuys Dollars don’t cover the entire shop.
