Flybuys app: 

Flybuys Dollars loaded on your card will appear on the home tab, under your points balance. 

 

Flybuys website: 

Sign in to your Flybuys account, from the main menu select Redeem points, then select Flybuys Dollars. You card balance will appear next to your points balance.  

Note: a card balance will only show once you have set a PIN for your account.
