If you’ve redeemed Flybuys Dollars before: 

Sign in to your Flybuys account, from the main menu select Redeem points. Select Flybuys Dollars, then change PIN to set your new PIN. 

If you have not redeemed before: 

Sign in to your Flybuys account, from the main menu select ‘Redeem points’. Select Flybuys Dollars, then Redeem now. Select the amount you want to redeem and hit redeem. Set your Flybuys Dollars card PIN. Select Set and redeem.
