Why has my fuel docket disappeared from my Coles receipt?

Fuel dockets are now digital. If you recently spent $30 or more in one transaction* at Coles and scanned your Flybuys card, your fuel docket has gone digital. Your fuel docket is now available in your Flybuys app or account. Once your first Digital Fuel Docket is activated, all future fuel dockets will be sent directly to your Flybuys app or account and no longer printed on your Coles supermarkets receipt. If you wish to revert to printed fuel dockets, please phone the Flybuys service centre on 13 11 16 between Monday and Friday, 9am – 7pm AEST, to update your preferences.
*Excludes purchases of all gift cards, iTunes cards, charity items/donations, tobacco and tobacco-related products.
