Yes. If you don’t activate your Digital Fuel Docket in your Flybuys app or account, you will be unable to redeem the offer when you check out at Shell Coles Express. You can redeem your Digital Fuel Docket or product offer by following these steps:
- Open your Flybuys app (ensure you have downloaded latest version) or log in to your account online via the Flybuys website
- Open the offer under ‘My fuel offers’ and click ‘Activate now’
- Visit any Shell Coles Express and scan your Flybuys card
- Advise the Shell Coles Express team member of your redemption preference (fuel offer or exclusive in-store product offer)
