2.1 Using or quoting your Flybuys card during a transaction or registering with Flybuys in accordance with 1.1 above constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Any additional member must provide their personal details to us, and separately accept these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2.3 It is your responsibility to inform us if:
2.3.1 Your personal details change (including, but not limited to, your address, email address or phone number). If we do not have your correct details, we may not be able to contact you about your account or send you offers or rewards, and you may not be able to access full account functionality (such as redemption).
2.3.2 Your Flybuys card is lost or stolen so that we can protect your account from fraud or theft.
2.3.3 You would like your details removed from the account.
2.4 Flybuys cards are not credit or charge cards, are not transferable, and remain the property of Flybuys.
2.5 You may terminate your membership at any time and for any reason by contacting us, provided you are the primary cardholder, being the member who initiated the Flybuys account.
2.6 Your Flybuys membership must not be used for or in connection with any unlawful or illicit purposes.
