4.1. If you are registered and have sufficient points in your account, you may use your points in exchange for rewards which are listed on the Flybuys website.
4.2. We may, where it is in our legitimate interest to do so, publish Additional Terms and Conditions that apply to redeeming rewards and form part of these Terms and Conditions. They are available on the Flybuys website and on request from the Flybuys Service Centre, and may change from time to time with reasonable notice provided to you. Where we, acting reasonably, consider that a change may have an adverse impact on you, we will provide you with notice of that change by email (to the most recent email address provided by you) and via the Flybuys website. All other changes will be notified to you via the Flybuys website. We recommend that you check the Flybuys website from time to time to inform yourself of any changes. You should read the Additional Terms and Conditions which will be presented to you at the time of redemption before redeeming any reward.
4.3. All rewards are subject to availability. Although we will use reasonable endeavours to make sure reward information on the Flybuys website is correct and up to date, we are not otherwise responsible to you if any reward is not available for any reason.
