8.1. We have the right to terminate or suspend the operation of the Website (including in part) for any reason without notice and without liability. We may (without limitation) suspend the Website to conduct maintenance or implement updates. However, we must ensure that any suspension, maintenance or updates will be limited to a duration reasonably necessary as required by Flybuys. Flybuys will endeavor to minimise any disruption caused to you.
