Check your balance
Doesn’t matter where you are, you can use the app to check your points balance. When you open your Flybuys app, you’ll see your points balance on the home screen. How convenient is that? 

Activate offers
Head to the ‘Collect’ tab in the app, browse the selection and select ‘Activate now’. You’ll notice that the previous ‘Offers’ tab is now called ‘Collect’. Then, once the offers are activated, simply scan your card at the checkout or enter your Flybuys number online when you’re ready to purchase. 

Tip: there’s no limit to the number of offers you can activate. Most Flybuys pros check this section frequently and activate all offers. 

Access digital coupons
Over paper coupons? Get them in the My Boosters section of the app. Activate your coupons to access stacks of points, eg. Spend $50 or more at Coles in one transaction and get 1,000 points.

See what’s on special at Coles
Before heading in-store, have a squiz at the Coles catalogue within the app. Fully optimised for your phone and interactive, you can check out the latest deals and even filter by category.
If you don’t feel like going in-store, you can shop the catalogue from within the app (just don’t forget to enter your Flybuys number).

Browse rewards
Click on the ‘Redeem’ tab, and ‘Rewards Store’ to find out what you can redeem with your Flybuys points. There’s everything from hair dryers, gift cards and movie tickets, to magazines, power tools and phones.

Tip: check out double/extra value items to get more bang for your buck.

Redeem your points for Flybuys Dollars
If you’d prefer to spend your points at the checkout, the app will sort you out. Click on ‘Flybuys Dollars’ under ‘Redeem Points’ and you can select how many points you want to turn into Flybuys Dollars (and set your pin). Every 2,000 points gets your $10 Flybuys Dollars. From there, take your physical card in-store and swipe it through the EFTPOS machine like a debit card. For a step-by-step guide, check out our guide on how to get money off your shop.

Update details on the fly
If you want to make sure that we’re sending things to the right places (like your current inbox and your correct home address), make sure your details are up to date. You can update them directly in the app. Just click on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the app, jump into the ‘Manage account’ section and select ‘Personal Details’.

Using the app in-store
The Flybuys app also has practical uses for your in-store shop. If you’ve left your physical card at home, you can use the app as a digital card and scan it at the checkout so you don’t miss out on any points. Just click on ‘My Card’ in the app. If you prefer to use a digital wallet like Google Pay or Apple Wallet, you can also save your digital card to your wallet from the ‘My Card’ section.
