To remove the prompt at checkout:

Flybuys app:

  • Open the 'Settings' tab of your Flybuys app.
  • Select 'Partner preferences'.
  • Select 'Instant $10 off'.
  • Switch the toggle to 'Off'.

 

Flybuys website:

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Visit 'Account Details'.
  • Under 'Instant $10 off at participating stores', switch the toggle to 'Off'.

 

You can also decline the prompt to use 2,000 points for $10 off your shop at the self-serve checkout, or inform the cashier when going through assisted checkout. Declining the prompt works for that transaction only - you will still continue to receive the prompt for eligible transactions, unless you switch off the Instant $10 'Off' toggle.
