Any Flybuys member on your account who qualifies for the offer, can redeem the instant $10 off at POS. To change the permission settings of your account, the primary cardholder (the person who set up the Flybuys account) can contact the Flybuys service centre on 13 11 16 Monday to Friday 9 am -7 pm AET.
