Here, we step you through three of the most common types of offers and where you’ll find them.
There are lots of different types of Flybuys offers, but most of them fall into three main categories: bonus points offers, points multiplier offers and ‘spend and get’ offers.
1. Bonus points offers
Bonus points offers let you collect more points when you shop a particular product at one of our partners. For example, we might send you a bonus points offer that’ll let you collect 1,000 bonus points when you purchase Omo 3in1 Capsules at Coles.
2. Points multiplier offers
With a multiplier offer, you get more points for every dollar you spend on eligible products (or an entire shop) at one of our partners. Say you get an offer to collect 20x points on fresh produce at Coles. This means that you’ll collect 20 points for every $1 you spend at Coles, so long as you scan your card at checkout.
3. ‘Spend and get’ offers
Sometimes we’ll give you a big drop of bonus points when you reach a set spend amount at one of our partners. For example, we’ll give you 1,000 bonus points if you spend $50 in one transaction at Coles. Just remember to activate the offer before you head to the shops, then shop within the offer dates to collect those points. It’s a points payday on us.

- Check the ‘Offers’ section on the Flybuys website or “Collect” section in the Flybuys app regularly to see if any new offers have landed.
3. Scan when you spend
Have you ever shopped online with one of our partners and forgot to enter your Flybuys number? Then you realise, a little too late, that you’ve missed a prime opportunity for points? Link your Flybuys account everywhere you shop with our partners – from Kmart to Coles online and Officeworks – to scan when you spend and avoid that post-checkout stress.
Here’s how to link your Flybuys card with a partner account:
Step 1
Head to the website of the partner you’re shopping with and log in to your account.
Step 2
Select ‘Link Flybuys’, then log in using your Flybuys account details.
Step 3
Follow the prompts to finish linking the accounts. Once your partner and Flybuys accounts are linked, you’ll automatically collect points when you shop with them online. It’s the perfect set-and-forget workout. See all your future points-collecting opportunities over on our partners page.
