The basic premise
A few times a year, we send out offers with a set amount to spend each week for four weeks, and if members complete their weekly spend, we shower them with points or money off their next shop.
You’ll want to be ready to roll when the four-week promo offer lands. Here’s our guide so you’re in the know.
Facts about the four-week promo:
- It runs throughout the year
- Not all members will get the four-week promo. Make sure you check your account regularly to see if it’s landed.
- The four-week promo is different for everyone. You will receive a set amount to spend each week based on your spending habits.
- You will usually need to spend the set amount in a single transaction, unless it states otherwise. Check your offer before you shop for details.
- The offer temporarily disappears from your account at the end of each week while we check if you have qualified. If you have met your spend amount, it will re-appear the following Wednesday.
- Your weekly shop will count if it is within the weekly spend dates and meets your weekly spend amount. Please note that the first week of the four-week promo runs for 10 days, and you will have 7 days to shop for the remainder of the four weeks. Check the four-week promo launch email for all the dates and look for a congratulations message at the bottom of your receipt or invoice for Coles Online after you shop.

Step 1
Sign in to your Flybuys account to check your offers for the four-week promo. Check your inbox, too: we also email you your latest offers. Hit 'Activate now' as soon as the offer lands.
Tip: You need to activate offers before you shop so that you're opted in. While you’re there, you can activate any other offers in your account.
Step 2
Familiarise yourself with your four-week promo offer. You'll have a set amount each week (say, $90 to spend each week at Coles). Usually, you will need to spend this amount in a single transaction unless the offer states otherwise.
Step 3
Choose your offer; this will be either points at the end of the four-week promo, such as 10,000 points, or money off a future shop, such as $50 off a future shop at Coles.
Step 4
Now it’s time to shop. Hit your spend goal each week for four weeks, in-store or online. Check the dates of when each week starts and ends to make sure you time it correctly. You can check your receipt after each shop to see if your shop qualifies.
Tip: To qualify, remember to scan your Flybuys or enter your Flybuys number online when you shop.
Step 5
Congrats, you’ve completed your mission! After your successful final week's shop, we’ll load your chosen reward to your account.
Tip: The discount will automatically apply to your next qualifying shop if you choose to get money off instead of points. For example, if your discount is $50 at Coles, the next time you spend $50.05 at Coles, we’ll take off the $50 discount.
