To spend your points in-store for purchases more than $10, you first need to convert your points to Flybuys Dollars. Once your points are converted, they are loaded onto your physical Flybuys card, ready to spend at participating stores. Here's how to check your card balance and get money off your next shop.
What is my card balance?
Your card balance is the amount of Flybuys Dollars loaded onto your Flybuys card. When you spend your Flybuys Dollars in-store, any remaining balance stays on your card and can be used for a future purchase.
How do I check my card balance?
Flybuys app:
Check your Flybuys Dollars card balance on the wallet section of the Flybuys app.
Flybuys website:
Sign in to your account and view your card balance under Account Details.
Tip 1:
Your balance will only appear if Flybuys Dollars are loaded onto your card. If you can't see it, you haven't converted any points to Flybuys Dollars. You can read more about how to do that here.
How do I pay with Flybuys Dollars?
At the checkout:
- Select Pay with Card.
- Swipe your physical Flybuys card through the EFTPOS machine.
- Enter your four-digit PIN.
Tip 2:
Can’t remember your PIN? You can change it from the Flybuys app or the Flybuys Dollars page on the website.
Where can I use Flybuys Dollars?
Flybuys Dollars can be spent in-store at the following places:
- Coles Supermarkets
- Coles Express (for fuel or shop purchases)
- First Choice Liquor Market
- Kmart
- Liquorland
- Officeworks
- Target
- Mycar
