Sign in to your Flybuys account and navigate to Account details. Select Replace card and confirm your postal address. You can choose which member needs a new card if you have multiple cardholders on your account. ‘Join now’ or ‘Sign in’ from the website or the Flybuys app, then choose ‘Add a temporary card’. To get the points from your temporary card added to your registered account, you’ll need to add it at this step.
