  1. Check you are running the latest version of the app. Visit the App Store or Play Store and search Flybuys. Select update if the option appears.
  2. If step one doesn't work, try signing out of the app, deleting it from your phone and reinstalling it from the App Store or Play Store.
  3. If you're still experiencing issues, please call the Service Centre on 13 11 16.
