If you cancel your Eligible Optus Service within 90 days from service activation, you will not receive the Flybuys points. Plan cancellation fees may also apply. You will receive the points after 90 days from activation. Once their points have been applied to their Flybuys account, the customer will retain the points regardless of cancelling.
