1. Check your offers before you shop
The fastest way to collect points is through offers. Download the Flybuys app and turn on notifications; you'll be the first to know when new offers drop. Remember to check if you need to activate your offer. You won't get the bonus points if you activate after you shop.
2. Do online surveys to collect extra points
No offers? No worries! Surveys are available to all Flybuys members via the Flybuys app.
3. Plan your meals
Meal planning is a great way to spend less at the checkout, reduce waste and spend less time in the grocery store. The Coles Catalogue runs from Wednesday to Tuesday each week. 5. Look out for offers on gift cards and rewards sales
Thinking about spending your points? We run promotions on gift cards from The Card Network a few times a year. You could buy gift cards with points and get some points back in your balance. For example, buying a $100 gift card with points could get you 2,000 points (worth $10) back. You can also look out for rewards on sale to get a points discount on selected items.
6. Visit the Flybuys app or online before updating your services

7. Credit Cards

Credit cards aren't for everyone, and we recommend you research to see if a points card is right for you. If you're considering one, check for sign-up bonus offers and sign up at least 90 days before any trip planning to ensure you get the bonus points in time!.
8. Velocity Reward Seats
Have you seen someone bragging about booking return flights to Bali or Fiji with their points? Well, this could be you! A savvy way to use your points is to transfer them to Velocity Points and book a Reward Seat (which gives you the best value for your points). Flybuys points over.
Bonus tip:
Before you transfer, check the minimum Velocity Points required for the flights you want so you're not disappointed when you transfer your Flybuys points over. Once you transfer points to Velocity, you can't transfer them back.
