Coles Online or Coles App orders placed between 7 February 2024 and delivered by 26 March 2024 are eligible to get a Pokémon Builder (subject to meeting the qualifying spend of $30 (or more) in one transaction, while stocks last.   

If you believe you should have received a Pokémon Builder(s) with your online order but did not, please reach out to us within seven days of your order being delivered via the Coles Customer Care team on 1800 061 562 Mon–Fri 8:30am–6:00pm (AEDT), Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm and Sunday 10:00am–2:00pm (AEDT).
