National Australia Bank Limited (ABN 12 004 044 937, AFSL and Australian Credit Licence 230686) (“NAB”) is the credit provider and issuer of Citi branded credit cards. NAB has acquired the business relating to these products from Citigroup Pty Limited (ABN 88 004 325 080, AFSL and Australian Credit Licence 238098) (“Citi”) and has appointed Citi to provide transitional services. 

Our/us/we means NAB unless the context otherwise requires it.

1 Citi Rewards Credit Card bonus points offer  
New Citi Rewards Credit Card customers only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. To be eligible to receive 100,000 Flybuys bonus points, you must be a Flybuys member, apply for the Citi Rewards Credit Card by 30 September 2024, have your application approved, then spend a minimum of $5,000 on eligible purchases using your new card within 3 months from approval. Eligible purchases exclude Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Special Promotions, interest, fees, refunds and Chargebacks. $199 annual credit card fee applies. Offer can only be redeemed once per customer. NAB will request your Flybuys membership number from you via email within 2 months of you meeting the spend criteria. The Flybuys points will be credited to your Flybuys account within 1 month from the date NAB receive your Flybuys membership number. Your Citi Rewards Credit Card must remain open and in good standing (for example – your account is not in default, suspended or closed) to receive the Flybuys points. If you do not provide NAB with your Flybuys membership number within 2 months from NAB first requesting it, NAB reserve the right to credit the equivalent amount of Citi reward Points to your Citi Rewards credit card. Offer limited to one allocation of 100,000 Flybuys bonus points per member. Flybuys points are administered by Loyalty Pacific Pty Ltd and subject to the Flybuys Terms and Conditions which are available at flybuys.com.au. This offer ends 30 September 2024. 2 Promotional rate  
The promotional rate of 0% p.a. will apply to the retail purchase balance for a promotional period of 6 months, commencing from the date your account is approved. At the end of the promotional period, the variable annual percentage rate for retail purchases, currently 21.49% p.a. will apply to the retail purchase balance. This offer ends 30 September 2024. Post this advertised date; NAB reserve the right to continue, withdraw or change the offer at any time without notice. 

3 Citi Ready Credit Flybuys bonus points offer
Offer eligibility: To be eligible to earn 100,000 Flybuys Points, you must be a Flybuys member, apply for this offer by 30 October 2024, request a balance transfer of $5,000 or more within 3 months from approval, and provide a Flybuys membership number linked to an account in your name to NAB within 2 months of NAB’s request for it. Your NAB account must be open, in good standing (for example, your account is not in default or suspended) and maintain a debit balance until the Flybuys points are credited. If you do not provide your Flybuys membership number within 2 months from when NAB first request it, the Flybuys points will be forfeited. 

Offer exclusions: This offer is available only once per customer. This offer is not applicable or valid in conjunction with any other advertised or promotional offer. If you have previously received, or are entitled to earn, 100,000 Flybuys bonus points with this offer, you will not be eligible to earn another 100,000 Flybuys Points with this offer.  
 
Requesting your Flybuys number: NAB will send you an email to the address maintained on your Citi Ready Credit account requesting your Flybuys membership number from you within 2 months from the date the initial transfer of $5,000 or more was processed.  
 
Receiving your Flybuys points: The Flybuys points will be credited to your Flybuys account within 2 months of NAB receiving your Flybuys number. 

Offer expiry: This offer is valid until Wed 30 Oct 2024. 

4 Citi reward Point conversion 
To redeem Citi reward Points for Flybuys points you must be a Flybuys member and advise us of your Flybuys membership number at the time of redemption.  You must redeem your Citi reward Points for Flybuys points via Citi Online. You will be prompted to manually enter your Flybuys number. You will need a minimum of 2,000 Citi reward Points per redemption to be able to transfer your points to Flybuys. Only whole points will be allocated, fractions of points will be rounded to the nearest whole number. Flybuys points may take up to 28 days to appear in your Flybuys account. The redemption of Citi reward Points will be administered solely by NAB and are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Citi Rewards Program. Once Citi reward Points have been redeemed for Flybuys points, they are governed by the standard Flybuys terms and conditions and cannot be changed, cancelled or reversed. Flybuys Dollars 
Flybuys points can be converted to Flybuys Dollars in multiples of 2,000 points only. Every 2,000 points equates to $10 Flybuys Dollars. Flybuys Dollars may be used in-store only at Coles Supermarkets, Coles Express, First Choice Liquor Market, Kmart, Liquorland, Officeworks, Target and mycar. Physical Flybuys card must be presented at checkout. Flybuys points and Flybuys Dollars have no cash or monetary value.
