Prize Pool There are 121 prizes to be won as follows: There is 1 First Prize to be won. First Prize (x1) – 1,000,000 Flybuys bonus points valued at up to $5,000. The First Prize prize pool is valued at up to $5,000. There are 20 Second Prizes to be won. Second Prizes (x20) - $500 Shell Coles Express Gift Card, each prize valued at $500. Awarding Prizes Flybuys bonus point prizes will be automatically allocated to the Flybuys Account associated with the Winner’s entry by 26/04/2024 and Shell Coles Express Gift Card prizes will be mailed to Winners’ address by 26/04/2024. |

Only Flybuys members who are the named Flybuys primary account holder will be eligible to win a prize. Individuals whose Flybuys membership card is linked to another Flybuys account as a ‘household member’ are eligible to enter this competition, however if their entry is drawn as the winning entry, then the prize will be awarded to the individual who is the named Flybuys primary account holder, and not the individual who holds the linked account. |
| Draw Details |
The draw will occur at 10.00am (AEST) on 12/04/2024 at Focal Promotions, 2/7 Stayner Street Beaumaris VIC 3193. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received during the Competition Period will win the First Prize, the next 20 valid entries randomly drawn will each win a Second Prize and the next 100 valid entries randomly drawn will each win a Third Prize. The awarding of prizes is restricted to one prize per entrant except for SA residents. The Promoter may request that winners provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction before awarding the prize. If a winner does not provide proof of identity, proof of age or proof of residency to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction within 90 days after being selected as a winner, the Promoter may redraw the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw Details. |

The winners will be notified in writing (or via email) via their Flybuys Account details within 7 days after the draw date and the winners’ names and postcode will be posted on the Flybuys website on 19/04/2024 for a period of 28 days. 1. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. The entrant may be automatically entered into the competition if the Entry Method criteria has been met. By entering into this competition entrants agree to these terms and conditions. A winner agrees to these terms and conditions by accepting a prize.
2. Entries must be received during the Competition Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter’s database and not at the time of submission by the entrant. The Promoter has no control over communications networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. Entrants who enter using multiple aliases may be disqualified. Consumers are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the Internet. Automatically generated entries may be disqualified.
3. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this competition using Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms. However, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with those social media platforms. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the social media platforms. Each entrant completely releases Instagram, Facebook and all other social media platforms from any and all liability.
4. The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible entries, correspondence or claims for prizes due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.
5. If an entrant’s contact details change or they do not wish to participate in the competition, the entrant must notify the Promoter by calling the Flybuys service centre (13 11 16).
6. The Promoter may, in its discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person (including without limitation an entrant or any companions, including a winner) who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate. An entrant is fully responsible for the acts and omissions of any companion/s, including a winner, and the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, the entrant and any of their companions (including a winner) if the entrant or any of their companions breaches these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them.
7. The draw will be conducted at the time, on the date and at the location as stated in the Draw Details.
8. The Promoter may require the winners to provide proof of identity, age, residency, winning social media profile, email address associated with their Flybuys account and Flybuys membership number. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
9. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw Details.
10. Any prize is as stated in the Prize Details.
Flybuys bonus points are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Flybuys bonus points are subject to terms detailed at www.flybuys.com.au/about/#/flybuys-terms-and-conditions.
Shell Coles Express Gift Cards awarded are provided by Viva Energy Australia and are valid until 4 years from the date of issue. Redemption of a Shell Coles Express Gift Card can only be done at Shell Coles Express service stations and are subject to the terms of use of the issuer, which can be found at https://www.giftcards.com.au/CMS/Page/giftcardtermsofuse, as well as any terms specified on the Shell Coles Express Gift Card itself. The Promoter is not liable for any Gift Card that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way once awarded.
11. The winners will be notified in accordance with the Winner Notification and Publication section of these conditions. By entering this competition, each entrant requests that their full address not be published. The winners (and any companions) must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their names and images in promotional material. Where winners are automatically entered into this competition the Promoter will contact them for their written consent prior to publishing their names or images for promotional activity in accordance with this clause.
12. Any disputes concerning this competition will be resolved privately between the disputing party and the Promoter.
13. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and (except where cash is specified) cannot be redeemed for cash. If for any reason a winner (or their companion) does not take an element of a prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be supplied instead. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If a prize or any element of a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize or element of that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities if required.
14. If a prize has not been accepted or claimed in accordance with the Prize Claim Date and Time or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact the drawn winner (or the drawn winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize Claim Date and Time, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw Details as are necessary to distribute the relevant prize, subject to any requirements of the relevant gaming authorities. Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified as stated in the Unclaimed Prize Draw Winner Notification and Publication.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including, without limitation, allergies, skin conditions or other reactions), illness or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
16. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage, loss or delay in transit to prizes. Prizes will be delivered in Australia only.
17. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities if required.
18. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where this competition involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants will follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
19. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants and winners in order to run the Competition, including awarding the prize and disclosure to third parties, including the Promotor’s agents or third party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Competition, or for promotional and marketing purposes. By entering into the Competition, the entrant warrants that they have obtained the winner’s consent to provide the Promoter with the winner’s personal information. The Promoter uses and manages entrants’ and winners’ personal information in accordance with its privacy policy which is available at https://www.flybuys.com.au/about/#/privacy-policy. By entering the Competition, each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing and promotional purposes.

6th Coffee FREE offer
This offer is available for redemption at Coles Express and Reddy Express from Thu 2 Mar 2023. Coles Express, Reddy Express and Flybuys will notify you in advance of any change to offer details. Scan your Flybuys when you purchase an eligible product to receive one coffee credit on your Flybuys account. When your Flybuys account collects 5 coffee credits, your 6th coffee is free for any cardholder in your Flybuys account. Coffee credit progress can be tracked at any time via the Flybuys app or as displayed on your Coles Express or Reddy Express receipt. You must scan your Flybuys each time to receive the 6th coffee for free. Participating products include: Hot Coffee (Small, Medium and Large), freshly brewed Iced Coffee, Hot Tea, Hot Chocolate and Chai Latte. At any given time Coles Express and Reddy Express may offer bonus or double coffee credits at its discretion. These offers will be valid for a limited period of time as specified by Coles Express and Reddy Express. This offer can be redeemed multiple times over the offer period. Coles Supermarkets Shopper Docket Discount
Spend a qualifying amount in one transaction at a participating Coles Group store (as advertised from time to time) including Coles Supermarkets (excluding Coles Express), or online with coles.com.au, and you will receive an offer for discounted fuel ("Fuel Discount Offer"). Purchases of gift cards, tobacco or tobacco related products (which includes filters, cigarette papers, pipe cleaners, lighters, matches, and other products required to be excluded by law) or coles.com.au delivery/service fees do not contribute to the qualifying spend amount required for this Fuel Discount Offer.
The Fuel Discount Offer amount that you will qualify for will be printed on your participating Coles Group receipt, except for coles.com.au, which will provide a separate Fuel Discount Offer voucher. This receipt or voucher will be redeemable at all Shell Coles Express service stations within Australia. The lower section of your receipt, or the entire voucher, as applicable, must be surrendered upon redemption. Receipts or vouchers that have been defaced, damaged or altered or have passed their expiry date are not valid for any Fuel Discount Offer. You may only use one Fuel Discount Offer receipt or voucher per transaction, which must be redeemed before the expiry date. One receipt or voucher entitles you to a discount off the pump price of fuel, whether LPG, diesel or petrol (excluding Adblue), from Coles Express service stations for:
- Up to two fuel types for one vehicle (including *approved containers or boats or motorcycles on an attached trailer) up to a maximum of 150 litres; or
- Up to two fuel types in any number of *approved containers up to a maximum of 150 litres.
The Fuel Discount Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer (including Fleet Card, Shell Card, Motorcharge or Motorpass purchases), except the spend $20 in-store and receive 10c off per litre offer, unless specified otherwise. Coles Group stores may change, suspend or terminate the conditions of the Fuel Discount Offer from time to time at their discretion.
* Approved Containers Fuels (Flammable or Combustible liquids) shall not be filled from a service station’s fuel dispenser into a container unless:
(a) the capacity of the container is not greater than 25 litres; and
(b) the container complies with AS/NZS2906 or is substantially leak-proof, metal and has a tight-fitting closure.
8 points per litre with Coles PAPER Fuel Docket
The ‘8 points per litre’ offer is valid at Shell Coles Express when you (1) scan your Flybuys card, (2) hand over a valid ‘4 cents or 8 points’ per litre Coles fuel discount docket or use an activated Digital Fuel Docket and (3) have fuel offer set to “POINTS” instead of “CENTS” within your Flybuys settings prior to the fuel transaction. The Coles fuel discount docket is printed on your receipt or sent digitally to your Flybuys app after you spend $30 or more in one transaction in-store at Coles Supermarkets or Coles Online (excludes purchases of all gift cards, iTunes cards, charity items/donations, tobacco and tobacco related products).
There is a limit of 1 Coles fuel discount docket or Digital Fuel Docket per fuel purchase of up to 150L, per vehicle, per customer. Your fuel offer settings can be updated at Flybuys.com.au or via the Flybuys app. If “CENTS” is selected as the preferred fuel offer in the settings on the Flybuys account at the time of purchase, the Shell Coles Express 4 cents per litre fuel discount will be awarded as default and points will not be collected in respect of that fuel transaction. The selection of either “CENTS or “POINTS” will apply to all fuel offers available and to all members under that specific Flybuys account. A member can switch their fuel offer preference at any time during the calendar month, and the reward they will receive in respect of each fuel transaction will depend on the fuel offer preference as at the time of the fuel transaction.
The 8 Flybuys points per litre offer can be redeemed multiple times, provided a valid Coles fuel discount docket or an activated Digital Fuel Docket is available and Flybuys card are presented each time. This offer excludes Adblue, Fleet Card, Shell Card, Motorcharge and Motorpass purchases. The valid Coles fuel discount docket or Digital Fuel Docket can only be redeemed once, and copies of the Coles fuel discount docket will not be accepted. The Coles fuel discount docket must be surrendered upon redemption. Coles fuel discount dockets that have been defaced, damaged or altered, or have passed their expiry date, are not valid for any fuel offer.
4 cents off per litre, 8 points per litre with Coles DIGITAL Fuel Docket
The Coles Digital Fuel Docket consists of 4 cents off per litre, 8 Flybuys points per litre or an in-store product offer at Shell Coles Express (no fuel purchase required) (“Fuel Offer”), and is available when you spend $30 or more in one transaction in-store at a Coles supermarket or Coles online (excludes purchases of all gift cards, iTunes cards, charity items/donations, tobacco and tobacco related products) and if you have previously activated a fuel offer in your Flybuys app under the “My fuel offers” section or in your Flybuys account via the web. To redeem a fuel offer: (1) Activate the Digital Fuel Docket offer in the Flybuys app or in your Flybuys account via the web (2) Visit Shell Coles Express and scan your Flybuys card (3) Advise the Shell Coles Express team member of your redemption preference – 8 Flybuys points / 4 cents off per litre (based on your fuel offer settings in your Flybuys App or account via the web) or the current Shell Coles Express in-store product offer (no fuel purchase required). The Shell Coles Express in-store product offer may change from time to time, and at the time of redemption may be different to the offer as at the time of activating the Fuel Offer. To view the current Shell Coles Express in-store product offer (and to see the expiry date and terms and conditions of that offer), check your Flybuys App or your Flybuys account via the web or ask the Shell Coles Express team member before completing your transaction.

Offer excludes Adblue, Fleet Card, Shell Card, Motorcharge and Motorpass purchases. Your fuel offer settings can be updated via the Flybuys app or at flybuys.com.au. If “POINTS” is selected as the preferred fuel offer in your Flybuys account settings (and you do not opt for the Shell Coles Express in-store product offer), 8 Flybuys points will be collected per litre of fuel purchased and the Shell Coles Express 4c/l fuel discount will not be applied to that fuel transaction. If “CENTS” is selected as the preferred fuel offer in your Flybuys account settings (and you do not opt for the Shell Coles Express in-store product offer), the Shell Coles Express 4 cents per fuel discount will be awarded as default and points will not be collected in respect of that fuel transaction. The selection of either “CENTS” or “POINTS” will apply to all fuel offers available and to all members under that specific Flybuys account. A member can switch their fuel offer preference at any time, and the reward they will receive in respect of each fuel transaction will depend on the fuel offer preference at the time of the fuel transaction.
After you activate a Coles fuel offer digitally for the first time in your Flybuys app or in your Flybuys account via the web, you will continue to receive the offer in your Flybuys app or in your Flybuys account via the web each time you qualify and fuel dockets will no longer be printed on your Coles supermarket paper receipt. If you wish to change your preference back to receiving a fuel docket at the end of your Coles supermarket paper receipt, please contact Flybuys service centre on 13 11 16 Monday to Friday between 9am – 7pm AET. Note: you will not receive any Shell Coles Express in-store product offer with a Coles fuel paper docket. Coles Group may change, suspend or terminate the Coles Digital Fuel Docket and the offers associated from time to time at their discretion. Promotional end date may be extended by Coles Group. Participating products for the Coles Express in-store product offer will be determined by Coles Group and may change, suspend or terminate from time to time at their discretion. The offers will be valid for a limited period of time as specified by Coles Express. In store product offer – Digital Fuel Docket only
Spend $30 in one transaction at Coles Supermarkets or Coles Online and scan your Flybuys to receive a fuel docket offer to your Flybuys app. Once the offer has been activated in the Flybuys app you will also receive the choice of an exclusive in store product offer, included as part of the fuel docket offer. Purchases of gift cards, tobacco or tobacco related products are excluded from the qualifying spend amount required for this Fuel Discount Offer. The in-store product offer(s) will be redeemable at Shell Coles Express service stations only. To redeem the in-store product offer, the existing Fuel Discount Offer must be pre-selected (to either 4c off per litre of Shell fuel or 8 Flybuys bonus points per litre) in the Flybuys app. Your earned fuel docket offer must be activated within the Flybuys app and your Flybuys card must be scanned at time of purchase. For in store product offer details, please refer to the Flybuys app. You may only use one Fuel Discount Offer per transaction, which must be redeemed before the expiry date. Activated offers that have been altered, copied or have passed their expiry date are not valid. Coles Express may change, suspend or terminate the Digital Fuel Docket and the offers associated from time to time at their discretion.
