Where you can spend Flybuys Dollars
Flybuys Dollars may be used in-store at Coles Supermarkets, Coles Express, First Choice Liquor Market, Kmart, Liquorland, Officeworks, Target, and mycar. Flybuys Dollars cannot be used for online purchases at this point in time.
Converting points to Flybuys Dollars
Use the app or Rewards store to convert your points into Flybuys Dollars in multiples of $10. Every 2,000 points gets you $10. After your points are converted into Flybuys Dollars, a credit will appear on your account. You’ll need to protect your riches with a PIN to enter at the eftpos machine every time you pay with Flybuys Dollars. This can be changed in your account at any time. The maximum permitted value of credit in your account is Flybuys Dollars $4,999.
Redeeming Flybuys Dollars
Flybuys Dollars may be used in a transaction at a participating store as payment or part payment for purchases (excluding gift cards, iTunes cards and smoking/tobacco product purchases). If you don’t use all your Flybuys Dollars in the transaction, they’ll remain on your card to be used in the future. When paying with Flybuys Dollars you’ll need to present your physical Flybuys card and enter the PIN set up when loading your card. Flybuys Dollars cannot be used via the barcode on the back of any credit card on which you can earn points (e.g Coles Mastercard), or where you may have stored the Flybuys barcode digitally (e.g. the Flybuys app).
Keep your physical Flybuys card somewhere safe
Flybuys Dollars are not refundable or transferrable. If you lose your Flybuys card or your Flybuys card is stolen and your Flybuys Dollars are redeemed, Flybuys is unable to reimburse you. Additional card holders on your account can use your Flybuys Dollars if they present their Flybuys card and use the correct PIN.
