1. Do I need to join Flybuys to collect Flybuys points at these Flybuys Online Shopping partners ? 

Yes, you must be a Flybuys member to collect and redeem Flybuys points. You also need to be logged into your Flybuys account before redirecting to a Flybuys Online Shopping partner website via the Flybuys Online Shopping partner page.  

Flybuys points may be collected at participating Flybuys Online Shopping partners via Flybuys Online Shopping – the Flybuys Online Shopping T&Cs and individual Flybuys Online Shopping partner terms and conditions and exclusions apply. Please check with each Flybuys Online Shopping partner for applicable terms and exclusions. 

Flybuys membership is subject to the standard Flybuys terms and conditions. For more information on redemption of Flybuys points please see here.  

 

2. What are the offers?

3. When will I get my Flybuys points? 

Please refer to the relevant Flybuys Online Shopping partner’s T&Cs for all offer details. 

 

4. If I refund my eligible purchase with a Flybuys Online Shopping partner, will I still collect Flybuys points? 

No, if you refund your eligible purchase with a Flybuys Online Shopping partner you will not receive any Flybuys points. If you refund a portion of your eligible purchase with a Flybuys Online Shopping partner, you will still collect Flybuys points for any eligible purchases that you have not returned assuming they are not excluded from the offer.  

Please refer to the relevant Flybuys Online Shopping partner’s T&Cs for eligible purchases.  

 

5. How do I take up Flybuys Online Shopping partners’ Flybuys points offers?  

In order to collect Flybuys points via Flybuys Online Shopping, you must: 

     (a) have your cookie settings enabled in your internet browser in order for your purchase to be tracked; 

     (b) ensure your browsing session is not in Incognito mode;  

     (c) ensure your browser security settings allow the use of cookies; 

     (d) log into your Flybuys account via the Flybuys website or the Flybuys app; 

     (e) access Flybuys Online Shopping on the Flybuys website or the Flybuys app; 

     (f) select the Flybuys Online Shopping partner you wish to shop at and click ‘Shop Now’ – you will be redirected to the relevant Flybuys Online Shopping partner’s website; 

     (g) remain in the same browser session while accessing Flybuys Online Shopping and the relevant Flybuys Online Shopping partner’s website; 

     (h) complete your eligible purchase on the relevant Flybuys Online Shopping partner’s website:  

         (i)before ending the browsing session;  

         (ii)within the Flybuys Online Shopping partner’s valid timeframe for cookies; and 

         (iii)before going to any other website which would result in your cookies being replaced by new cookies.  

     (i) ensure you do not clear your cookies while making an eligible purchase via Flybuys Online Shopping on the relevant Flybuys Online Shopping partner’s website; and  

     (j) complete your eligible purchase on the Flybuys Online Shopping partner’s website in the same browsing session. 

Once your eligible purchase is complete, you will receive an email from Flybuys confirming the amount of Flybuys points you will collect and approximately when they will land in your account.  

 

6. How do I know how many Flybuys points I will collect from my eligible purchases from Flybuys Online Shopping partners?  

Flybuys points will be awarded based on your eligible purchase amounts. You will also receive an email from Flybuys confirming your eligible purchases and how many Flybuys points you will receive.  

For example, if the Flybuys Online Shopping partner offer is 1 Flybuys points per $1 spent and you make an eligible purchase for $100, you will collect 100 Flybuys points.  

 

7. Are there any exclusions to collecting Flybuys points via Flybuys Online Shopping partners?  

Yes, each Flybuys Online Shopping partner has their own exclusions. Please refer to individual Flybuys Online Shopping partner T&Cs available on the Flybuys Online Shopping partner page and check with each Flybuys Online Shopping partner for applicable terms and exclusions. 

 

8. I have changed my name, so my registered name is different to what I’ve used to make my eligible purchase via Flybuys Online Shopping. Will I still get my Flybuys points? 

Yes. We always recommend that you keep all your details up to date with Flybuys however this will not affect your Flybuys points.  

 

9. Will I get Flybuys points on the delivery cost for eligible purchases via Flybuys Online Shopping?  

No, you will not receive Flybuys points for delivery costs for any eligible purchases via Flybuys Online Shopping.  

 

10. Why can’t I just go to the partner website and shop online?  

Refer to question 5 ‘How do I take up a Flybuys Marketplace Online Shopping partners’ Flybuys points offers?’. In order to collect Flybuys points, you must make your eligible purchase via Flybuys Online Shopping, see here. Flybuys points will not be collected if you shop directly on the Flybuys Online Shopping partner’s website and did not access the relevant Flybuys Online Shopping partner’s website via Flybuys Online Shopping. 

 

11. Can I collect Flybuys points if I go into the store of a Flybuys Online Shopping partner  

No, Flybuys Online Shopping partner offers are only available for eligible purchases with Flybuys Online Shopping partners via Flybuys Online Shopping.  

 

12. Can I redeem my Flybuys points with Flybuys Online Shopping partners?  

No, you can only collect Flybuys points from these Flybuys Online Shopping partners online via Flybuys Online Shopping. Once you collect your Flybuys points, you can redeem them for money off your shopping, merchandise in the Rewards Store or even travel. 13. Will I be contacted by Flybuys Online Shopping partners? 

Flybuys Online Shopping partners may contact you in relation to your eligible purchase with them. When you choose a Flybuys Online Shopping partner you will be redirected to that partner’s website to complete your eligible purchase. Please note individual Flybuys Online Shopping partner terms and conditions and privacy policies apply. 

 

14. I would like to talk to someone about my Flybuys points 

Please contact the Flybuys Call Centre on 13 11 16 Monday to Friday between 9am – 7am AET.  

 

15. I would like to talk to someone about my eligible purchase 

If you have questions about your recent eligible purchase via Flybuys Online Shopping, please contact the Flybuys Online Shopping partner you made the purchase from.
