1. Flybuys Shake ‘n’ Shop will be available from 06:00am AEST Wed 15 Sep 2021 until 11:59pm AEST Sun 26 Sep 2021
2. Flybuys Shake ‘n’ Shop is available on iOS (Requires iOS 10.0 or later) and Android devices (Requires Android 8.0 or later).
3. The latest version of the Flybuys app is required (iOS or Android version 21.8.1 or later) and can be downloaded from the App Store and Play Store.
4. Flybuys Shake ’n’ Shop is available to all Flybuys members who have access to the latest version of the Flybuys app.

7. Loyalty Pacific Pty Ltd collects data from your game experience to provide and improve our products and services, update software, dynamically serve content, provide product support, and communicate with you (and for other purposes described in the Flybuys Privacy Policy) in accordance with the Flybuys Privacy Policy. Game

9. During game play, offers and obstacles will fall in a random fashion. Members have a limited time to try catching as many offers as possible. Specifically:
   1. Game play lasts 30 seconds. Loyalty Pacific Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the length of the game play at any time without notice.
   2. Members need to tilt their device left and right to get a head to move on the screen.
   3. On the screen, offers (football jerseys and golden boots) will randomly fall on the field.
   4. On the screen, obstacles (pies) will randomly fall on the field.
   5. Members should avoid obstacles. If hit by an obstacle the head will be stuck for 2 seconds without being able to catch offers.
   6. Members should catch as many offers as possible during game play.
10. At the end of game play, members need to choose 1 offer per day from all offers caught that day (this is referred to as ‘claiming’ an offer). Once an offer is claimed on a day all other offers caught on that day will lapse and you will not be able to play the game again until the game resets at 6:00am AEST the following day. If a member does not claim an offer on a day all offers caught on that day will lapse.
11. Members will have a total of 4 minutes between launching the game, catching offers and claiming their 1 offer per turn.
12. Members can play the game a maximum of 3 times per day, including game play that is interrupted e.g., due to loss of connectivity, but can only claim 1 offer per day. If the game is interrupted, the interrupted game is counted as a played game and Loyalty Pacific Pty Ltd is not responsible for any offers not claimed.
13. In case of a game being interrupted during the third and last turn of playing on a day, members will not be able to claim an offer for that day and will not be able to access the game until it resets at 6:00am AEST the following day.
14. Members must ensure they are acting in a safe and sensible way (and in compliance with the law) when playing the game.
15. Members are responsible for their devices and any incident that occurs while playing the game.
16. Members must seek medical advice before playing the game if the member has a known medical condition.

Offers

17. Offer Terms and Conditions applies for each offer, please refer to the individual offers (set out below) for more details. In addition, the following terms and conditions apply to each offer.
18. Offers are valid for up to 14 days from the date it is claimed. Refer to offers’ Terms & Conditions for specifics

Suspension, cancellation or changes 

• If you suspend your policy at any time within the first 12 months of the commencement of your policy, your points earning eligibility will also be suspended. You will receive the points when your policy is recommenced, and you have met these terms and conditions. 
• If you cancel your policy before completing the 10 Active Months Period, you will not receive any points. 
• If you change your level of policy cover, which results in a change to the total annual premium value, your standard Points will be awarded in accordance with the total annual premium value as at the last day of the calendar month in which your policy started or your first premium payment is made (whichever is later).

Entering

5. By entering the competition, entrants accept the competition terms.
6. 12. Failure by the promoter to exercise its rights under paragraph 11 does not constitute a waiver of the promoter’s rights under paragraph 11. If the entrant’s contact details change, the entrant must notify the promoter.

Awarding prizes

13. The maximum number of instant win prizes being given away for this promotion is 50,106 and the maximum total value of all prizes in the Promotion is up to $218,500. The final number of prizes distributed by the Promotor will be the number of prizes claimed by the entrants.
14. Each prize will be automatically allocated to the Flybuys account associated with the winner’s entry within four weeks of the member claiming the winning prize.
15. The promoter may request that the winners provide proof of identity, proof of age or proof of residency to the promoter’s reasonable satisfaction before awarding the prize.
16. If upon request a Major prize winner does not provide proof of identity, proof of age or proof of residency to the promoter’s reasonable satisfaction by 27/12/2021, then the relevant Major prize winner may be deemed to have forfeited their entitlement to their prize. In those circumstances the promoter may redraw the prize in accordance with paragraph 19.
17. In consideration of the promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner:

    2. agrees to use the prize in accordance with the supplier’s specified conditions and requirements; and

18. If the prize is unavailable, the promoter may substitute the prize with a substitute prize, provided that the substitute prize is of the same or similar value or specification as the prize subject to legislative approval.

Further Draw

19. If for any reason, there are Major prizes that have not been awarded within 3 months after the claim period concludes the promoter may conduct a further draw from the pool of valid entries at 10:00am (AEST) on 28/12/2021 at Focal Promotions, 2/7 Stayner Street Beaumaris VIC 3193.
20. The first valid entry the promoter draws is the winner, subject to the promoter’s rights under paragraph 11.
